La Grande Forêt is comprised of 54 estate size lots and homes, carved out of 210 acres of virgin hardwood forest.   Each home-site averages over 3 acres in size and features spectacular mountain views, streams, and varying elevations. 

La Grande Forêt is a resort community defined by its natural splendor.  The resort and each homesite is protected by strict environmental guidelines.  A “conservation zone” of 150 meters (500 feet) surrounds the entire north end of the property.  In addition, 80% of each homesite will be a non-build “tree preservation” zone. 

Within the resort itself, there will be an abundance of amenities for the enjoyment of the entire family, including a rustic clubhouse, pool area, tennis court, fire pit/gazebo, parks and trail system.

The homes in La Grande Forêt will set a new standard in Tremblant living.  La Grande Forêt will be the only community within Mont-Tremblant to feature a collection of rustic log and custom timber frame homes, designed to capture the spirit of the mountains and the spectacular natural environment of the Laurentians.

To complete our vision, we have joined forces with Immobilier Playground, the sales affiliate of Intrawest, the master developer of Mont-Tremblant and Undiscovered Properties, an international sales organization , to assist in our project development.
